2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
2.5 Excluded Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain a vitewin account: (a) employees, contractors, or agents of vitewin or its affiliates; (b) individuals who have been self-excluded from the Platform; (c) individuals who have been excluded by order of PAGCOR or any competent regulatory authority; and (d) individuals who are legally prohibited from participating in online gambling activities under applicable Philippine law.
3.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vitewin account username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party, and you accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3.4 Device Security. You are responsible for ensuring that the device you use to access the Platform is free from malware, keyloggers, and other malicious software. vitewin cannot be held responsible for losses arising from compromised devices.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. vitewin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). vitewin reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.
4.2 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Maximum transaction limits may apply and will be communicated to players through the Platform's cashier section.
4.3 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Any funds deposited from a third-party source may be confiscated and the account suspended pending investigation.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). vitewin aims to process verified withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours, subject to the payment provider's processing times. vitewin reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
4.5 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. vitewin reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts, as permitted by applicable law. Players will be notified before any fee is applied.
4.6 No Refunds on Settled Bets. Once a bet or wager has been accepted and settled by the Platform, it cannot be reversed or refunded except in cases of a verified technical error on the part of vitewin.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by vitewin are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and eligible game restrictions. These specific terms will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated time limit will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
5.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless otherwise stated, each player is entitled to claim each promotion once. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through the use of multiple accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. vitewin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Any such change will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account prior to the change, provided the player continues to meet the applicable terms.
5.5 Bonus Abuse. vitewin employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, arbitrage betting across promotions, and coordinated abuse across multiple accounts. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and balances forfeited.
6.1 Random Number Generators. All casino games offered on the vitewin Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure that game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. RNG certifications are maintained in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
6.2 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction or error that affects the outcome of a game, vitewin reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account. vitewin's decision in such matters is final.
6.3 Disconnection Policy. If a player is disconnected from the Platform during an active game round, the game will continue according to its programmed rules. vitewin is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of disconnection caused by the player's internet service provider or device.
6.4 Sports Betting Rules. Sports betting markets on vitewin are governed by specific sport-by-sport rules available in the Platform's sportsbook section. In the event of a conflict between general Terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail for that market.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vitewin Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:
8.1 Ownership. All content on the vitewin Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of vitewin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Limited License. vitewin grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. 8.3 Restrictions. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software used in connection with the Platform. Any unauthorized use of vitewin's intellectual property will result in immediate legal action.
9.1 Platform Availability. vitewin strives to maintain Platform availability at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond vitewin's control. vitewin shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime.
9.2 Exclusion of Consequential Damages. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vitewin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
9.3 Maximum Liability. In any event, vitewin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your vitewin account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Third-Party Services. The Platform may integrate with third-party payment processors, game providers, and other service providers. vitewin is not responsible for the acts or omissions of such third parties and shall not be liable for any losses arising from their services.
10.1 Commitment. vitewin is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential harms associated with gambling. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
10.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of between one (1) month and five (5) years, or a permanent self-exclusion. 11.1 Termination by Player. You may close your vitewin account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable fees and pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification.
11.2 Termination by vitewin. vitewin reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) vitewin is required to do so by law or regulatory order; (c) vitewin reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; or (d) vitewin decides to discontinue the Platform or any part thereof.
11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for cause, vitewin reserves the right to forfeit any balance in your account. Where termination is not for cause, vitewin will return your remaining real-money balance subject to standard withdrawal procedures.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. vitewin implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact vitewin's customer support team and attempt to resolve the matter informally. vitewin will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
13.3 Regulatory Complaints. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR or the relevant regulatory authority with jurisdiction over vitewin's operations. vitewin will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation or mediation process.
13.4 Jurisdiction. For any disputes that proceed to formal legal proceedings, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
vitewin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, vitewin will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
